Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ, the Lord of the Church and the Lord of our lives!
Each year on Pentecost we celebrate the birthday of the Christian church and the gift of the Holy Spirit given to the disciples of our Lord over the ages. The Holy Spirit brings us to faith through the Word and empowers us to share our faith in word and action... that’s ministry.
In Ephesians 4 we read: “It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up...” These words describe our ministry at Grace Lutheran Church, God’s people together in mission. We are all in ministry together because we all are members of the Body of Christ; yet, each of us has been gifted with different talents and abilities to be used within the church, the Body of Christ.
We invite you to come and join us. Share our Mission and Ministry.
All are welcome!
May God Bless You,
Pastor J. Michael Donnan
